How do I find stands near me?
  1. Open The map or explore stands on the home page. Search an area and use the available category filters.
  2. Choose Open now near me to look for stands currently available. Allow location access when your browser asks, or search your area manually.
  3. Open a stand’s page to check its hours, latest update, and location before leaving.

An approximate neighborhood pin is not a pickup address. Only use directions when an exact public location is provided.

How do I follow a stand or save an event?
  1. Sign in, then open the stand or event page.
  2. Use its follow or save control. Open My Account to find your followed stands and saved events.

What if location access is blocked?
  1. You can still search an area manually.
  2. To use your location, allow location access for Grow Make Bake in your browser’s site settings. Your phone’s location services must also be enabled.
  3. Return to the map and try the location control again.

Browsers may stop showing the permission prompt after you deny it. Changing the site permission lets you try again.

Manage my stand

Create a listing, keep it current, and place its map pin.

How do I create a stand or add another one?
  1. Sign in with the account that will own the stand.
  2. Choose List your stand or Create a Stand in the account menu. Complete the required details, including a valid ZIP code.
  3. Review your address privacy choice, submit the listing, and check My Stands for its review status. Each additional stand has its own listing.

Submitting a listing does not mean it is already approved for public display.

Where do I edit my stand, products, or photos?
  1. Open My Stands and choose the stand you want to manage.
  2. Edit its business details, hours, products, and photos in the stand dashboard. Save your changes.
  3. Preview the public stand page to confirm what shoppers will see.

Why isn’t my stand on the map?
  1. Check My Stands first: the listing needs approval before it appears publicly.
  2. Check the stand’s location and address privacy setting. A private address uses an approximate neighborhood location when one can be resolved; it must not expose your street address.
  3. For a public pickup address, review and correct the map pin in the stand editor. For a traveling stand, check its scheduled stop and time.
  4. Clear map filters that might exclude your stand. If it is still missing, report the stand name and what you expected to see.

A neighborhood name alone does not guarantee that a usable map location can be found.

How do I move a pin that is in the wrong place?
  1. Open the stand editor and check the address, city, and neighborhood for mistakes.
  2. For an exact public pickup location, use the map preview to place the pin at the right spot. Drag it to the customer entrance or pickup point, choose Confirm this pickup pin, then save.
  3. Reopen the public map and confirm the position. Stop locations for traveling stands are managed in their own schedule.

An exact public pin reveals a location. Keep your address private if customers should only see an approximate neighborhood.

Do I have to make my home address public?
  1. No. Leave Show my street address publicly unchecked to keep the street address private.
  2. Your listing may show an approximate neighborhood pin when that location is available.
  3. If you want customers to find an exact pickup location, choose public address sharing and review the pin before saving.

Scheduled stop addresses and pins are public. Do not enter a private home address as a public stop.

Hours & traveling stands

Set availability now and tell customers where you will be next.

How do regular hours control whether I’m open?
  1. Set your regular hours in the stand editor and save them.
  2. The site evaluates those hours using the stand’s time zone. ZIP code helps determine that time zone.
  3. Check for a temporary Open Now or Close Now override if the displayed status does not match your schedule.

How long does Open Now last?
  1. Open Quick Stand Update, select your stand, and find Open now & where to find us.
  2. Choose the fixed location or eligible scheduled stop. Review Override ends at before choosing Open Now.
  3. For a fixed location, the default is today’s scheduled closing time when available, otherwise four hours. A stop defaults to its scheduled end.

A manual opening ends automatically. It does not mean you will remain open indefinitely. Always check the displayed end time.

How do I close early or resume regular hours?
  1. Use Close Now in Quick Stand Update for temporary closure at the selected location.
  2. For a fixed location with an active override, choose Resume regular hours to remove that override immediately.
  3. The stand then follows its regular schedule. If those hours say you are open, resuming them can reopen the stand.

Resume regular hours is for fixed-location overrides. Traveling stops use their own schedules and open/close controls.

How do I post Stocked, Running Low, or Sold Out?
  1. Open Quick Stand Update and select your stand.
  2. Choose Stocked, Running Low, Sold Out, or Closed, add a short note, and save the update.
  3. Use the availability controls separately when you also need to change your opening status.

A stock update tells shoppers what is available; it does not rewrite your regular hours.

How do I schedule a farmers market, swap meet, or food-truck stop?
  1. In Quick Stand Update, choose how your stand operates: fixed, traveling, or both, as appropriate.
  2. Add a stop with its public location, pin, date, start and end time, and time zone. Review the saved schedule.
  3. Use a recurring stop option when appropriate, and keep changed or cancelled stops current.

Stops work independently of the site’s Events feature. Adding a stop does not request or confirm participation in an event listed here.

Participate in events

Request a place, accept invitations, and track confirmation.

How do I request to join with one or more stands?
  1. Sign in with the account that owns your stands and open the event page.
  2. Choose Request to join with my stands and select each stand you want to bring.
  3. Submit the request, then check Event invitations. Each stand remains pending until the event manager approves it.

You do not need a stand access code. Each selected stand has its own participation status.

Where do I accept an invitation?
  1. Open Event invitations from the account menu.
  2. Review invitations for each stand and choose Accept or Decline.
  3. Check Your requests & participation for the resulting status.

An invitation to manage an event is separate from an invitation for your stand to attend. Accepting team access does not put your stand on the roster.

Open Event invitations Link to this answer
Why doesn’t my stand show as attending?
  1. Check Event invitations for that specific stand and event.
  2. Waiting for event-manager approval means your request is still pending. An invitation needs your acceptance. Only confirmed participation belongs on the public roster.
  3. Saving an event as a customer or adding it as a traveling stop does not confirm your stand’s participation.
  4. If your status is confirmed but the roster is still missing after a refresh, report the event and stand names.

What is the difference between an event admin and manager?
  1. An event manager can edit event details and manage vendors.
  2. An event admin can also invite team members, change their access, and remove access. The event creator retains admin access.
  3. An admin sends a team invitation using the person’s email address. That person signs in with the matching account and accepts it in Event invitations.

Event access applies to that event. It does not grant site-wide administrator access.

How do I cancel, postpone, or reschedule an event?
  1. In the event manager or editor, find Event status & public update.
  2. Select Cancelled or Postponed, add an optional public explanation, and save. To reschedule, edit the date, hours, or location, then set the event back to Scheduled when confirmed.
  3. Preview the event page to check its status and details.

Cancelled and postponed events leave the map and upcoming reminders and stop accepting participation. Existing roster entries are retained. Eligible change alerts follow each recipient’s notification preferences; delivery is not guaranteed to be immediate.

  2. Open the newest verification email. Then sign in using that same email and the password you created.
  3. If sign-in fails, check spelling and whether you used a different email alias. If the link is expired or verification still fails, use Report a problem.

Where do I control notifications?
  1. Open My Account and choose Settings.
  2. Choose your notification categories and email preferences, then select Save settings.
  3. Read in-app updates in the Notifications tab. For device push notifications, also check the app and phone’s notification permissions.

Email and push require their respective opt-ins and working delivery configuration. Turning off the in-app master switch also suppresses the new participation, event-change, and roving workflow alerts.
