Grow Make Bake home

Privacy policy

Last updated: September 10, 2026

Grow Make Bake connects people with local stands and events. This policy describes information used by our website and mobile app.

Information we use

When you create an account, we process your email and authentication information. Depending on the features you use, we also store profile details, saved stands and events, recommendations, notification preferences, reports, and information or photos you submit about your business or events.

If you allow location access, the app uses your location to help you find nearby stands. You can deny or revoke that permission and continue browsing. A ZIP code or location you save in account settings may be used for local recommendations, notifications, or time-zone settings. Push notifications use a device push token and require your permission.

Public listings and private information

Business and event information you publish can be seen by other people. A stand’s street address is public only when its owner chooses to share it. Neighborhood map pins show an approximate area and are not directions to a private home. Event venue addresses are public event information. Your account email is not displayed as part of a public stand listing. Authorized administrators may access private information to manage the service and respond to reports.

How information is used and processed

We use information to operate accounts and listings, provide requested recommendations and notifications, moderate content, respond to support requests, and protect the service. Our infrastructure providers include Supabase for accounts, data, and uploaded photos; Vercel for website hosting; Expo and Apple or Google for mobile delivery and notifications; and email delivery providers. These services process information needed to perform their functions. External map, social, and business links are governed by their own privacy policies.

Your choices and account deletion

You can change notification preferences, stop following stands, remove saved events, and revoke location or notification permissions in device settings. In the app, open Account, then Delete account to request permanent deletion of your shared website and app account. Deleting the account removes its active account records, owned listings and events, uploaded listing photos, saved items, and preferences. It does not remove copies other people independently saved or shared.

Records required for legal or security purposes and service-provider backups may be retained under applicable obligations and provider retention practices.
